3-Step is for sure one of the hottest afro house subgenres in summer 2025. Pioneered by the likes of Dlala Thukzin, MÖRDA, Oscar Mbo, Jazzworx, and Heavy-K, the genre get its name from the 3 step kick drum pattern. It is inspired by amapiano, afro tech, highlife, and probably even gqom.

This mix includes the biggest songs of the moment: Uzizwa Kanjan, Isaka (6am), Vuma Dlozi Lami, Vuka, and Sondela.
