Coffee sessions is a laidback mix series where I'm drinking coffee and playing some of my favorite songs right in my living room. Each episode will feature 8 songs. Playing with RANE's SEVENTY mixer and the brand new TWELVE MK2 turntable controllers.
The first session includes some of the hottest amapiano tracks of the moment. I fell in love in with amapiano music last December when I was visiting and playing a couple gigs in Namibia.
Amapiano is an afro house subgenre coming from South Africa. During 2020 it has spread all over the world with Nigerian artists like Rema, Niniola and Davido joining the movement.
